About Me
My working life has always been centred around supporting others. This led me to train as an integrative counsellor, and I’ve had the privilege of working therapeutically with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Over time, my passion for understanding relationships and the ways we connect with one another naturally led me to specialise in relationship and couples counselling.
I believe every relationship has its own story, and therapy should be shaped around the people sitting in front of me—not around a predetermined model.
My work is informed by attachment theory, an understanding of trauma and a focus on patterns and communication. I believe that understanding how our earliest experiences shape the relationships we build throughout our lives can create opportunities for meaningful and lasting change.
What you can expect when we work together
Tailored support – because no two people or relationships are the same.
An integrative approach – drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches rather than following one fixed model.
Thoughtful exploration – helping you understand the patterns beneath recurring difficulties, not just the challenges you see on the surface.
A safe, non-judgemental space – where everyone has the opportunity to feel heard, understood and respected.
A focus on meaningful change – supporting you to strengthen communication, deepen understanding and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Working Together
I know that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big step. Whether you’re coming on your own or with your partner, my aim is to create a space where you feel safe enough to talk openly, without fear of judgement or criticism.
Clients often describe me as warm, calm and easy to talk to. I work collaboratively, offering both support and thoughtful challenge when it feels helpful, always at a pace that feels right for you.
I don’t believe counselling is about becoming someone different. While we can’t change what has happened to us, greater understanding can help us grow, relate differently and make choices that support healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, facing a life transition or simply feeling disconnected, my aim is to provide a supportive space where we can work together to better understand your relationship and find a way forward.
